THE WATCH

This unique compass + sundial watch uses the forces of nature surrounding us to tell the time. Inspired by ancient methods of horology + hand crafted to perfection, each watch is as unique as its curious owner. Composed of brass + leather, they are individually numbered for authenticity, marked by a stamped coin. Instructions for use are engraved on the back. Pandeia compass sundial watches serve as a wearable reminder to escape the boundaries of time and to always follow your inner compass.

THE PACKAGE

Our plantable terrarium packaging was creatively + consciously designed. Each watch is displayed in a glass box, trimmed in brass, with an antiqued mirror bottom. Inside sits an acrylic stand that proudly holds each Pandeia, showcasing it as a free floating specimen. Our “card of authenticity” is printed on plantable paper that is embedded with seeds . Follow the instructions on the card to grow your own terrarium out of this radical + reusable packaging. It’s all in the details...

THE MAKER

Pandeia watches are made in a studio not found on the beaten path. Deep in the jungle, on the island of Maui, the maker carefully crafts each piece. This wild-hearted beatnik babe is always on the move and collects inspiration as souvenirs along the way. The idea for Pandeia was even born on one of her travels. She approaches life in an offbeat yet undeniably curious way… viewing it as a limitless and ever changing peice of art. Her ongoing masterpiece called “life” is forever evolving, constantly taking new shape and birthing intangible ideas into reality.
